1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and spinoy ("spinoy," "we," "us," "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the spinoy website located at https://spinoy.cam and all associated services, games, features, and content offered therein.

By creating an account, accessing the spinoy platform, depositing funds, or placing any wager, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision herein, you must immediately cease using the spinoy platform and close your account.

Failure to complete KYC within the requested timeframe may result in account restriction.

3.3 Account Inactivity

Accounts that remain inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. spinoy reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its prevailing fee schedule, which will be communicated to you prior to any deductions.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

spinoy supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya, BPI (Bank of the Philippine Islands), BDO (Banco de Oro), Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

4.2 Minimum Deposit

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

4.4 Currency

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, spinoy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including loss of winnings due to technical faults beyond our control.

spinoy's total liability to any player in connection with any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence, or matters that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

11. Suspension & Termination

spinoy reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion if it has reason to believe that a player has violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform. In cases of confirmed fraud, any balance in the account may be forfeited.

Players may close their accounts at any time by contacting spinoy customer support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining balance (after satisfying any applicable wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's verified payment method.

12. Amendments to These Terms

spinoy reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time.
